Hi, we are Andre & Owen.
We live in beautiful Santa Barbara, CA, with Owen’s mama Dana, and our dog, Bodie. We are the humans behind these audio adventures. The name “Oni Pepperoni” comes from Owen’s sweet nickname given by his “Tante” in Germany.
Every week, Owen shares wild new story ideas with me – tales where bananas eat campers, unicorns ride bicycles through water, and astronaut cows visit from Mars. I’m constantly amazed by how differently kids see the world, without the limitations of adult thinking!
Our process is simple: Owen dreams up characters and adventures (often during bedtime chats), sometimes Dana joins in as well, and then I work with AI technology to help transform his creative sparks into structured stories. I carefully review each one to ensure it’s perfect for young listeners.
The result? Tales that genuinely come from a child’s mind — because they do — polished just enough to make them fun for both kids and parents to listen to together.
These stories have become our special father-son project. Owen lights up hearing how his ideas transform, and I love capturing his unique way of seeing the world through storytelling.
